Made of premium nylon, Beadsmith Chinese knotting cord is ideal for working on a myriad of projects.
The continuous piece of cord is machine wound on a plastic spool and secured with a clip to keep the fiber from unraveling.
This braided cord is often used with jewelry making techniques such as macrame kumihimo and decorative knotting.
The nylon is durable enough to hold up to the twisting and knotting designs but flexible enough to be worn with comfort.
The ends of this cord can be burned which will melt the end of the cord which not only looks good for finished pieces but helps flatten the thread when you want to get it through a needle.
