I’ll never forget the first time I saw Clare’s handcrafted saw pierced pieces. They were inspirational, beautiful and I was in awe!
When I reached out to Clare to ask if she’d like to teach her magic at my studio I was thrilled she said yes.That was almost a decade ago!Fast forward and Clare is still creating her magical saw pierced designs and she is returning to the new studio after a long break to teach another group of excited students her craft.This Saturday afternoon, come and join us and learn how to use a jeweller’s saw to cut out shapes from sheet metal (either brass or silver depending on your preference) to create a floral pendant from scratch.
3 different designs will be available or you can just select the design which appeals to you!Beginners are more than welcome and encouraged but there are only 3 places left and this is Clare’s last session here at the studio for 2025.Don’t miss out. Our next round of kids Art Adventures starts next week!Do your kids/teens love to create? Do you love that they enjoy being creative but hate that they leave a mess everywhere?! Want them to learn some new skills and have some fun whilst doing it (and get them off their screens?!?).We have 3 sessions available - Preschoolers, Primary Schoolers & Tweens/Teens. Sessions run once a week and there is only a one month commitment.
Each ‘Art Adventures’ block/month is different as they are catered to each group of students.•Preschoolers - Tuesdays 10.00am - 11.00am
• Primary (approx. 5-9yrs) - Tuesdays 4.00pm
• Tweens/Teens - Thursdays 4.00pm - 5.30pm (FULL FOR AUGUST BUT TAKING BOOKINGS FOR OCTOBER)Places are limited to 8 participants in each group.These sessions are run by Dani who has a Diploma in Early Childhood education and almost 2 decades experience working in the industry.
